Job Title: CRM Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer calling, telesales, and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, following up with leads, resolving customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through telesales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Prepare call reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Calling, Telesales, Customer Service, or CRM.
- Experience in lead generation and customer handling will be preferred.
