- Conduct independent patient consultations, including detailed history and clinical assessment.
- Evaluate patients using Ayurvedic principles along with relevant modern medical inputs.
- Clearly explain diagnosis and treatment plans in a simple, patient-friendly manner.
- Guide and counsel patients to begin appropriate treatment programs.
- Take ownership of patient follow-ups and long-term engagement.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as required.
- Coordinate with senior doctors and clinical teams for case discussions and modifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Identify complex or non-improving cases and escalate to senior experts.
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, treatment adherence, and preventive care.
- Follow ResearchAyu’s clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and ethical practices.
- Participate in training and continuous learning initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
