We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR lifecycle and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support management with HR strategies and workforce planning
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, and operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Steel industry experienced would be preferred.
