JOB DESCRIPTION – VIDEO EDITOR (FULL-TIME)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Aesthetica360 is a growing aesthetic clinic focused on Hair, Skin, and Dental treatments.
We are looking for a disciplined, output-oriented Video Editor who can edit and deliver daily content consistently.
This role is execution-focused, not creative exploration.
Candidates looking for flexible timelines or irregular delivery should not apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Video Editing (Non-Negotiable Output)
- Edit and deliver:
- 1-2 long video (3–5 minutes)
- 3-4 short videos / reels (30–60 seconds)
- Daily deadline: Before 7:00 PM
Weekly Content
- Create:
- 3 static posts (thumbnails / creatives)
- 5–7 Instagram stories
Quality & Branding
- Maintain consistent brand style (fonts, colors, captions)
- Add basic subtitles, hooks, and transitions
- Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram & YouTube Shorts
Coordination
- Coordinate with doctor/content team for raw footage
- Maintain organized folders and backups
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing
- Proficiency in:
- Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut (any one)
- Experience with Reels, Shorts, and social media videos
- Ability to meet daily deadlines without excuses
Preferred
- Experience in clinic / healthcare / education content
- Knowledge of basic thumbnails and text overlays
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (READ CAREFULLY)
- Daily output is mandatory
- Missed deadlines are tracked
- Performance reviewed weekly
Note : This role is based on output consistency, not working hours.

- Salary: As per experience (fixed monthly)
- Weekly performance review

WORKING HOURS
- Fixed clinic working hours
- All daily deliverables must be completed within working hours
