- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems and databases.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools.
- Monitor transaction data, merchant performance, and operational metrics.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business, operations, risk, and product teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic business initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and communicate analytical findings to management.
