Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with minimum 1–2 years of experience to collect, analyze, and interpret data for business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, reporting abilities, and hands-on experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights through data analysis
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy
- Support management with analytical reports and recommendations
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
- Work closely with different departments to understand business requirements
- Monitor KPIs and generate periodic performance reports
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Formulas)
- Experience in Power BI / Tableau
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database handling
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Data Analytics / Power BI is an added advantage
