- 15+ years of progressive experience in surface and/or underground mining, mine planning, mine design, drilling & blasting, geotechnical studies, mine optimization, mineral resource evaluation, or mining research.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role, leading mining/ metallurgical projects, research programs, or technical teams.
- Experience with large-scale mining operations, mine feasibility studies, mine closure planning, and implementation of sustainable mining practices is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with mining software such as Surpac, Datamine, MineSched, Vulcan, Minex, Deswik, or similar platforms will be an added advantage. Qualification Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Mining Engineering, Mining Science, Rock Mechanics, Mine Planning, Geotechnical Engineering, Mineral Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institute (preferably IITs, ISM Dhanbad, NITs, or equivalent institutions).
Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
