Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Academic Counselor with strong Ed-Tech sales experience, excellent counseling skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets. The candidate should be sales-driven, market-oriented, and capable of leading a team of counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive student counseling and course conversions.
- Achieve individual & team sales targets.
- Handle leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Manage and mentor Junior Academic Counselors.
- Take ownership of team performance and revenue goals.
- Track sales metrics and improve conversion rates.
- Build strong relationships with students and professionals.
- Understand market trends and customer requirements.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of Ed-Tech Sales experience.
- Strong sales and conversion skills.
- Experience in target-based sales environments.
- Excellent communication & counseling abilities.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated to achieve targets and earn incentives.
