Exp - 1 to 4 years:
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, barcode printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripheral device issues.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic system health checks.
- Configure operating systems, drivers, printers, and basic network settings.
- Support server, backup, and basic cloud/DevOps-related operations when required.
- Maintain service reports and coordinate with clients for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in PC, laptop, printer, and barcode printer servicing.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and system administration.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, Linux, cloud platforms, or automation concepts is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently for field service activities.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hardware assembly and repair.
- Experience with thermal printers, barcode scanners, and networking devices.
- Basic understanding of Linux, Git, Docker, or cloud environments is a plus.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for field visits.
Pay: ₹18,623.88 - ₹33,626.99 per month
