Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and organized Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute company events successfully. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, sponsors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations and excellent audience engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and organize corporate events, promotional activities, cultural programs, and public events.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, artists, and venue management.
- Manage event schedules, budgets, and logistics.
- Handle event registrations, guest coordination, and stage arrangements.
- Promote events through social media and marketing activities.
- Ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events.
- Prepare event reports and feedback analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask during events.
- Basic knowledge of social media promotion and event marketing.
- MS Office and reporting knowledge preferred.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
