Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our retail business comprising 17 Titan stores across Odisha. The role requires regular travel to branch locations to ensure smooth HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and coordination with store teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives.
- Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate selection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data for payroll processing.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all Titan stores.
- Work closely with Store Managers and Operations Team to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, policies, and official communications.
- Visit stores regularly to address employee concerns and strengthen employee relations.
- Conduct induction sessions, engagement activities, and employee feedback meetings.
- Resolve employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor manpower planning, attrition, absenteeism, and employee productivity.
Travel Requirement
- This role requires frequent travel across Odisha to support HR activities at branch locations including Cuttack, Balasore, Jharsuguda, Angul, and other store locations as required.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling independently and staying overnight whenever business needs arise.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Multi-location Operations.
- Experience in managing branch or retail HR operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
