Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support and oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams, monitor project progress, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
- Improve operational processes and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain operational and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Support management in planning, execution, and decision-making.
- Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines.
Qualifications
- MBA (Mandatory) – Preferably in Operations Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management (HR), or a related specialization.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, Business Management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
