1.Manage and lead fundraising team.
2.Motivate team members to achieve targets.
3.Monitor daily calling performance and conversions.
4.Train and guide new team members.
5.Maintain attendance, MIS, and daily reports.
6.Maintain discipline and positive team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
