Hiring: Security Tools Support Engineer (Multi-Skilled)
We are looking for a highly skilled Security Tools Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in infrastructure and system operations . This is not a SOC role — we’re specifically seeking professionals who can support and manage enterprise security tools. Key Requirement
✅ Candidate must have at least 2 core security skillsets from the below:
Akamai
DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
CrowdStrike
Qualys Role Overview
As part of our team, you will be responsible for Day 2 operations and ongoing support of security tools infrastructure , ensuring stability, performance, and security compliance. Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise security tools and platforms
Manage and support tools like:
CrowdStrike, Symantec ATP/EDR/SDCS, SEP 14, Qualys, Symantec DLP (Endpoint & Network), CASB, Encase
Work on Akamai CDN and Verizon systems
Troubleshoot Web Proxies, DNS, and Layer 7 security issues
Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 support as needed)
Support DR (Disaster Recovery) & BCM (Business Continuity Management) activities
Collaborate with engineering teams for smooth operationalization of new tools
Ensure adherence to ITIL / ITSM practices and security standards (SOX, PCI) Required Skills & Experience
✅ 2+ years of experience in Security Tools Support / Infra Operations
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Threat Protection, DLP, and Vulnerability Management tools
✅ Good understanding of certificates & security principles
✅ Experience with automation tools is a plus
✅ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
✅ Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities Nice to Have
Certifications like CISSP / CISM
Exposure to CDN (Akamai) and advanced security ecosystems ❗ Important Note
