Position: Electrical Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities at project sites.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of power transformers, substations, switchgear, cable systems, and associated electrical equipment.
- Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively to meet project schedules.
- Review drawings, technical documents, and work procedures before execution.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the installation process.
- Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and company safety policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision.
- Experience in transformers, substations, switchgear, cable laying, and related electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, standards, and site execution practices.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
