Job Summary
We are looking for a Remote Support / Service Desk Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience in handling Managed IT Services and Service Desk support. The candidate will provide centralized remote support to clients and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide centralized remote support to clients
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook issues
- Handle incidents and requests using ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot domain, software, and user-related issues
- Provide remote desktop support to end users
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of tickets and resolutions
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Remote Support / Service Desk role
- Hands-on experience in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with remote support and ticketing tools
- Good knowledge of domain and software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a client support environment
