Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM & Sales Operations Executive to manage customer leads, maintain our CRM system, and support the sales team. You will ensure every customer inquiry is recorded, followed up on, and updated until the customer completes their purchase. You will also help improve customer experience and keep sales data accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (LeadSquared, Zoho, Sell.do, or similar).
- Ensure every customer lead is entered into the CRM and assigned to the correct sales executive.
- Track customer enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and payments.
- Coordinate between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
- Monitor sales performance and help improve the sales process.
- Create automated WhatsApp, SMS, and email follow-up campaigns.
- Ensure all sales documents comply with AP RERA guidelines and maintain proper records.
- Provide post-booking support by ensuring customers receive timely updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, real estate, or telecalling.
- Experience using LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, Sell.do, or similar CRM software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and ensure sales processes are followed.
- Basic knowledge of AP RERA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is required.
