Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who is passionate about building a career in Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Consultants.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and brand introductions to prospective clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads to support business growth.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects to identify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with channel partners and dealers to support project requirements.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Maintain records of client interactions, meetings, and business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or any related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- MBA (Marketing) candidates will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Confidence in interacting with clients and conducting meetings.
- Interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
