Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design: Update training modules covering foundational Java and advanced frameworks.
- Session Delivery: Conduct engaging technical training sessions in person and online.
- Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through building web apps and designing RESTful APIs.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor student progress through coding challenges and mock interviews.
- Doubt Resolution: Provide 1-on-1 coaching to troubleshoot code and clarify complex topics.
Required Technical Skills
- Backend: Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Java 8+, and Spring Boot.
- Frameworks: Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular or React.
- Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL, database design, and SQL query optimization.
- Tools & DevOps: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud & Testing: AWS/Azure/GCP platforms, JUnit, Mockito, and API testing.
