We are seeking a highly skilledServiceNow ITOM Architect with9+ years of overall experience and strong expertise inServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable ITOM solutions, includingDiscovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping, aligned with business and IT objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead thearchitecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Define and implementCMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
- Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).
- Architectevent correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.
- Provide expertise inservice mapping strategies (top-down bottom-up approaches).
- Establish best practices fordata accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leadtechnical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure adherence toServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.
Required Skills Experience
- 9+ years of IT experience, with5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ServiceNow Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Deep understanding of:
- CMDB architecture data modeling
- Identification reconciliation rules
- Experience withMID Server setup and management.
- Exposure tocloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge ofITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.
- Experience inintegration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.
- Hands-on scripting experience inJavaScript, Glide APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certifications:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS-ITOM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM modules)
- Experience withAIOps / Predictive Intelligence / Event Intelligence.
- Strong understanding ofDevOps and monitoring tools integration.
- Experience inlarge-scale enterprise implementations.
