Executive (Loan Products) – Job Post Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive – Loan Products to support sales and processing of various loan services including personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other credit products. The role involves lead handling, customer support, documentation assistance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth loan approvals and disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads for loan products and convert them into successful applications.
Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and submitting required documents.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for case processing.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely closure and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of leads and applications in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales and processing targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance.
1–2 years of experience in loan sales, banking, or NBFC operations.
Basic understanding of loan products and credit processes.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
