Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Client Acquisition Specialist for our Gurgaon location. The role involves handling client interactions, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive conversions for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
- Maintain accurate client data and follow-ups in CRM
- Ensure strong client engagement and relationship management
- Support the sales team in achieving conversion targets
- Maintain daily reports and pipeline tracking
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Knowledge of real estate sales/pre-sales process
- CRM and MS Excel knowledge
- Target-oriented and proactive mindset
Experience Required:
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Client Handling
- Real Estate experience is mandatory
