We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Offshore Delivery Partner to lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of our IT and Business services across multiple regions worldwide. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who excels in managing complex, multinational projects while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving delivery performance, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices in project management and service delivery. As the Offshore Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for managing large teams across geographies, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration between client stakeholders and internal teams. This role demands exceptional communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of global market dynamics, and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments. You will play a critical role in scaling our delivery capabilities, enhancing quality standards, and ensuring timely execution to meet or exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end P&L for a USD ~40 million global portfolio, driving profitability and financial discipline.
- Drive global delivery excellence across regions, ensuring scalable execution, optimal resourcing, and operational efficiency – managing and delivering through the portfolio’s 800 odd strength.
- Establish and maintain strong strategic client and stakeholder relationships to enhance service delivery and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Define and execute delivery strategy aligned to business priorities and client needs.
- Drive growth through large deal pursuits, including proactive proposals and RFP-led opportunities.
- Regularly engage at the executive level to ensure strong governance and alignment.
- Govern commercial rigor across SOWs, billing, invoicing, and collections to protect revenue.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes to mitigate project delivery challenges.
- Track performance and enable continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and delivery metrics.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Requirements:
- Brings an overall 18+ years of Industry experience delivering to large & global enterprise customers.
- Proven experience in a senior delivery leadership role managing global teams and complex projects.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and managing large-scale delivery budgets.
- Excellent acumen based on wide experience in executing next gen Digital Transformation Initiatives delivering business outcomes.
- Strong AI-related capabilities deployment experience for large scale and complex engagements – both from Software engineering and COTS based Applications Implementation/Maintenance services.
- Exceptional experience of leading delivery programs involving Enterprise COTS Applications such as SAP, MS Dynamics, etc. and Data Platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
- Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and lead diverse teams in multiple geographic locations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior executives, tailoring the message to their level of understanding and business priorities

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in service delivery or related roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.
