About the Role:-
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, conducting client presentations, promoting loyalty business and training services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities
• Identify potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct market research and client follow-ups
Client Meetings & Presentations
• Conduct product and service presentations to clients
• Explain loyalty solutions, training services and field sales operations
• Build strong professional relationships with potential clients
Sales & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle sales activities from lead generation to closure
• Maintain proper sales reports and updates
Candidate Profile:
• Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Smart, confident, and energetic personality
• Strong lead generation and client handling skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
