Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead the field sales team, drive broadband and fiber internet subscriptions, develop
channel partnerships, and achieve monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets for WaveFiber Internet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Sales Executives and field teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop local market strategies for customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with apartment associations, businesses, and channel partners.
- Monitor daily sales activity, lead generation, and conversions.
- Conduct team training, motivation, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth installations.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in telecom, broadband, ISP, or FMCG sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage field sales operations.
- Good knowledge of local markets and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
