Primary Collections & Credit Control
- Timely Installment Collection: Responsible for visiting subscribers in the field or collecting digital/cash payments to ensure that monthly chit installments are paid on or before the due date.
- Overdue Management: Actively track members who miss their payment dates, contact them to determine the reason for delays, and collect penalty fees or consolidated payments if applicable. [1, 2]
2. Client Relationship & Communication
- Payment Reminders: Send mails, letters, or direct phone calls to encourage prompt payments and communicate auction or chit-related dates.
- Member Retention: Maintain strong, trusted relationships with subscribers to ensure high renewal rates and prevent unnecessary cancellations or defaults.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
