We’re not looking for someone who just sends quotes. We want a sales person who loves talking to customers, understands what makes them tick, and knows exactly how to steer a conversation toward “yes”.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Talk to prospects – You’ll spend most of your time on calls/video meetings with leads from different countries.
- Understand needs – Ask the right questions, listen actively, and map our solution to the customer’s pain points.
- Handle objections – Price, delivery, trust, competition… you’ll address them smoothly and confidently.
- Close deals – You know when to push, when to give a little, and how to ask for the order without being pushy.
- Follow up persistently – Without being annoying. You turn “maybe later” into “let’s do it.”
- Keep CRM updated – Just enough to track your pipeline (no excessive admin work).
What We’re Looking For Must‑Have
- Proven sales experience (3+ years) where you were responsible for your own quota – and you consistently hit or exceeded it.
- Excellent spoken English – clear, confident, engaging. (Additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.)
- Natural conversationalist – you can build rapport quickly across cultures (even via phone/zoom).
- Closing mentality – you’re not afraid to ask for the commitment and you know 5 ways to do it.
- Resilience – rejection rolls off your back; you learn and move to the next call.
- Self‑starter – you don’t need micromanagement to pick up the phone.
