We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and billing processes.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular site visits and review construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Review contractor performance and approve work measurements and bills.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction project management.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, BOQ, billing, and project costing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Requirements
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial projects, or industrial construction is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to travel across project locations if required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
