Job Summary: Smaaash Entertainment is actively seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team. This pivotal role focuses on driving business development and revenue generation through proactive field sales and strategic corporate relationship management. The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition, building strong partnerships, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new corporate business opportunities through diligent field sales efforts and effective client acquisition strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, Admin teams, and other key corporate decision-makers.
- Actively promote Smaaash's offerings for corporate events, employee engagement programs, group bookings, and tailored business solutions.
- Consistently drive and achieve monthly revenue targets and sales performance metrics.
- Conduct compelling presentations, prepare detailed proposals, and support commercial negotiations to secure new business.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure successful execution of events and exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and updates within the business pipeline.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of demonstrated experience in Corporate Sales, Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, Hospitality Sales, or F&B Sales.
- Strong practical exposure to field sales methodologies and a proven track record in revenue generation.
- Proficient in managing corporate accounts and executing effective client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with frequent client visits and thrives in a target-driven work environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days are highly preferred.
Mandatory Languages:
