· Inspection of Stamped Parts using measuring instruments like Profile Projector, Tool Makers microscope, VMS, Force gauge, Vernier, Micrometres etc.
· SAP awareness – inward & outward transactions.
· Knowledge of Statistical tools, Print reading, Problem solving techniques, Mistake proofing, APQP process are essential
· Use standard measuring instruments, both mechanical and electronic.
· Read and understand Engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, FAI documents & reports
· Support, Handling manufacturing / vendor in resolving quality issues.
· Flexibility to Work in shifts depending on need basis.
· Handling nonconformities using QC tools.
· Strong communication and coordinate internal & external stake holders.
