Greet customers and determine service needs by listening to their concerns and vehicle issues. Schedule appointments and maintain service logs. Inspect vehicles (with or without technicians) to identify issues and recommend necessary services or repairs. Explain service details, costs, and timelines to customers. Prepare repair orders and obtain customer authorization. Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. Keep customers informed of progress, additional work requirements, or delays. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when needed. Promote service offers, packages, and preventive maintenance plans. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer recalls and service bulletins.High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in automotive technology or related field preferred. • Valid driving license with safe and responsible driving skills • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile industry. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Computer literacy, especially in service management software (DMS/ERP systems).
Pay: ₹18,999.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
