About the Role
We are hiring a performance-driven Senior Business Development Associate with prior EdTech industry experience. The role focuses on revenue generation, consultative selling, lead conversion, and managing the complete sales cycle.
This position requires strong closure ability, target ownership, and structured sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and drive conversions
- Conduct consultative sales calls and product demonstrations
- Understand learner/client needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Follow structured follow-up mechanisms for higher closure rates
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Experience in high-ticket sales preferred
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
