Key Responsibilities
- Support software development, testing, and debugging activities
- Provide technical assistance for hardware and software issues
- Work with databases, networking systems, and operating environments
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of IT systems
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of programming (Java, Python, or C++)
- Understanding of computer networks and hardware fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
