Job Description:
This position handles day-to-day service issues within Security. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of security employees to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.
Core Responsibilities

Audit security, quality, and integrity procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and report Security Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Monitor employee disciplinary trends and compliance-related data.

Investigate losses, security incidents, compliance violations, and potential criminal activities.

Conduct interviews, collect evidence, review CCTV footage and surveillance data, and maintain comprehensive case files.

Analyze incident trends, determine root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

Support business units in implementing security controls and best practices.

Assess training needs and facilitate employee development initiatives.

Manage team performance, conduct evaluations, and address individual or team performance concerns.

Conduct Security Awareness, Fire Safety, Emergency Response, and Workplace Violence Prevention training programs.

Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and crisis response initiatives.

Ensure compliance with facility security standards, access control procedures, and asset protection requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Security domain.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Ability to work flexible shifts and support business requirements.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Professional security certifications such as Certified Security Investigator (CSI), Certified Security Professional (CSP), ASIS certifications, or equivalent preferred.

Experience in corporate security, investigations, loss prevention, and compliance management is an advantage.
