Responsibilities
- Assist customers and understand service needs
- Create job cards and register service requests
- Explain repairs, warranty, charges, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and provide updates
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and common issues
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office)
- Professional and positive attitude
Qualifications
- High school diploma (Graduate preferred)
- Experience in customer service/mobile service is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
