Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Sales & Lead Generation: Actively source new clients via cold calling, networking, and industry events to build a strong pipeline.
- Inquiry Management & Conversion: Respond promptly to inquiries, conduct show rounds, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate terms, prices, and event packages to maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Operational Coordination: Work with operational teams to hand over detailed event plans to ensure successful execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in event sales, venue sales, or hospitality, often requiring a 12th Passed.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations.
- Sales Focus: Driven by targets, with a strong, proactive, and persuasive approach.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Conversion rate of inquiries to confirmed bookings.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
