Bluphlux is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You will work closely with our innovative team to create efficient and scalable solutions that enhance our recruitment platform.

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.

Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).

Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
