Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, and expand market presence in the SMT, Electronics Manufacturing, and ESD products segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in Electronics Manufacturing, SMT Assembly, EMS Companies, OEMs, ODMs, and Industrial sectors.
- Generate and nurture leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Drive sales of SMT consumables, ESD products, soldering solutions, and related industrial products.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Establish sales KPIs and ensure accountability across the team.
Key Account Management
- Handle strategic and high-value customer accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for timely customer support.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
- Identify new product opportunities and market expansion areas.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Technical Support, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure seamless order processing and customer fulfillment.
- Support product launches and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of SMT, Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Products, ESD Solutions, or related industries.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
