About the Role
Urban Money is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers with experience in loan sales. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in financial products, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Promote and sell:
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Home Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Follow up with customers until loan closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in telecalling/telesales for loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or above.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
