Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to work closely with clients in identifying sales challenges, designing growth strategies, and implementing solutions that drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, consulting acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales or management consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business challenges related to sales growth and business expansion.
- Analyze existing sales processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement business growth strategies for clients.
- Drive project execution and ensure successful implementation at client locations.
- Solve complex business and sales-related problems through structured approaches.
- Collaborate with client leadership teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist clients in setting sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop aligned growth strategies.
- Analyze monthly sales performance, business trends, and market opportunities.
- Conduct research and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Lead and guide project teams to achieve consulting objectives.
Required Qualifications Education:
- BBA, MBA, or any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
- 6.5 to 8.5 years of experience in:
- Management Consulting (Preferred), or
- Outbound Sales,
- Direct Sales,
- Channel Sales.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Strategic and complex thinking capability.
- Strong research and business analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
