About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Placement Officer who will be responsible for placing our trained candidates in companies. ABC Trainings has multiple tie-ups with reputed organizations, and the Placement Officer will act as a key link between our students and partner companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with partnered companies for job openings and placement opportunities.
Share student profiles/resumes with HR teams and schedule interviews.
Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and explore new company tie-ups.
Guide and prepare students for interviews (communication, resume, grooming, etc.).
Track placement activities and maintain proper reports and documentation.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and employers.
Organize campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Requirements:
Any graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment or placement activities (training will be provided).
Ability to coordinate with HR managers and company representatives.
Professional attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is an added advantage.
