About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role involves production planning, monitoring output, coordinating with workers and supervisors, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth factory operations.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working on the production floor as well as handling reporting and coordination activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Coordination
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with supervisors and workers to achieve production targets
- Track production output and identify bottlenecks
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules
Planning & Inventory Support
- Assist in production planning and material requirement coordination
- Monitor availability of raw materials and report shortages
- Coordinate with relevant departments for uninterrupted production
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production records and reports
- Update production data in Excel and company software
- Prepare MIS and production summaries as required
Quality & Process Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to production processes and quality standards
- Escalate production issues and quality concerns to management
- Support implementation of process improvements
Desired Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates residing in or around Dombivli, Kalyan, or nearby areas
- Experience in factory operations, manufacturing, production coordination, or plant administration
