Job Description :
Key Accounts Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment is responsible for managing the key account customers' machines, looking after their timely resolution of service issues and overall machine performance, enhancing the ties between customer & the dealer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, relationships with major clients to ensure loyalty .
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs, solution provider for machine issues and maintain customer connect
- Internal Coordination: Work with service & parts team internally to ensure quick customers' support & to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years service experience in construction & mining industry dealing with loaders, excavators etc
- Skills: Product knowledge & communication & negotiation skills.
- Requirement: Should be able to travel within MP.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy machinery, maintenance service & should be familiar with MP construction vehicle market
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
