Hiring: HR Operations Executive
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR Operations activities
- Manage employee records, documentation & HR MIS
- Handle bulk recruitment and onboarding
- Strong hands-on experience in offer letter preparation & release
- Manage attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Handle joining formalities and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related queries
Preferred: Experience in the Retail Industry will be an added advantage.
