Responsible for Influencer management in his area. This includes driving new influencer onboarding and engagement, influencer level billing targets, driving premium/new products and tertiary sales, market working as per plan with regular touchpoints with tagged Influencers and retailers and providing timely market feedback to BDM
Business development
§ Identify, convert and engage new influencers as per targets
§ Provide timely feedback to BDM regarding market feedback around loyalty program, products etc.
§ Use marketing collaterals to demonstrate current and new product portfolio attributes with influencers / key retailers
Influencer management and expansion
§ Own Influencer engagement and targets for the area and ensure 100% adherence to plan
§ Ensure market working as per plan - influencer identification, verification, segmentation and enrollment. Influencer engagement as per defined frequency to drive tertiary revenue, understand need gaps and market best practices
§ Lead site visits for contractors in the area and drive conversions and engagement
§ Conduct regular electrician meets and contractor meets as per plan – discuss product portfolio, feedback/complaints around products or loyalty program, demonstrate product attributes, info. around influencer loyalty program, distribute gifts/product samples/brochures etc
§ Nurture and develop strong professional relationships with tagged influencers and key retailers – ensure consistent billings on app
§ Engage with key retailers to identify new influencers, push premium/new products, showcase on-ground product demonstrability and increase tertiary billings on retailer loyalty program. Also responsible for ensuring POSM material display, sharing marketing collaterals/brochures etc.
