Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven State Head – Animal Feed & Nutrition to lead business growth in the B2B animal feed segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to product development and commercialization strategies.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Animal Nutrition, Animal Feed, or allied B2B industries
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and market expansion
- Experience in handling key accounts and client relationships in the B2B segment
- Exposure to new product development (NPD) and commercialization is highly preferred
- Prior experience in market research, demand analysis, and competition mapping
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive and achieve regional sales targets in the animal nutrition segment
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting
- Convert prospects into long-term business opportunities
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify new demand trends and business opportunities
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
Product Development & Commercialization
- Identify new product opportunities based on market insights
- Support new product development (NPD) and ensure successful commercialization
- Introduce and position new product ranges in the market
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
- Resolve customer queries and issues effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Competitive & Market Analysis
- Perform competition analysis and benchmarking
- Provide insights to enhance product positioning and sales strategies

Educational Qualifications

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per month
