- Handle day-to-day administration activities across office and factory premises
- Manage reception area, visitor handling, and telephone coordination
- Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure workplace cleanliness & hygiene
- Maintain employee uniform stock, issue records, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate canteen operations and ensure quality services for employees
- Monitor security staff activities, gate entry records, and discipline within premises
- Maintain office assets, furniture, equipment, and asset registers
- Handle property and facility management activities including maintenance coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, office supplies, repairs, and utility services
- Ensure proper availability of stationery, pantry, and office consumables
- Support transport and travel-related administration activities
- Maintain admin bills, invoices, and service records
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Support HR and management in general administrative functions
Liaison & Compliance Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government offices and external agencies for statutory and administrative requirements
- Liaison with local authorities related to office administration matters
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, agreements, and facility-related documents
- Maintain proper records related to assets, vendors, agreements, and compliance documents
- Support audits and provide required administrative documentation
- Ensure implementation of company policies and discipline within premises
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
