Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 1-2 years
Location: Sec-V, Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for non-IT & pharma profiles
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels
- Screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Managing large volumes of candidates efficiently within timelines
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in pharma profiles preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in bulk/volume hiring is mandatory
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with job portals and mass sourcing techniques
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
