WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND CUSTOMER- FOCUSED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE TO MANAGE CLIENT INTERACTIONS , BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIP AND ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THE IDEAL CAMDIDATE WILL ACT AS A KEY POINT OF CONTACT BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND ITS CUSTOMERS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG , LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS
- HANDLE CUSTOMERS INQUIRIES , COMPLIENTS AND FEEDBACKS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER
- PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS/SERVICES
- FOLLOWUP WITH CUSTOMER TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND RESOLVE ISSUES
- MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RECORDS AND UPDATE DATABASE REGULARLY
- COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS
- ENSURE CUSTOMER RETENTION AND LOYALTY
REQUIRED SKILL & QUALIFICATION:
- ANY DEGREE
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
- GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND MULTITASKING SKILLS
