ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, energetic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create attractive visual content for our social media, marketing campaigns, courses, events and branding activities.
The candidate will also get the opportunity to work with AI-powered creative tools and develop modern digital content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create attractive social media posts, posters, banners and promotional creatives.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Create marketing materials for courses, admissions, events and campaigns.
- Design brochures, flyers, certificates and other institutional materials.
- Create YouTube thumbnails and digital advertisements.
- Develop creative ideas based on marketing requirements.
- Edit and enhance images and visual content.
- Maintain consistency in Nexora's branding and visual identity.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Management teams.
- Use AI tools to improve creativity, generate ideas and speed up the design process.
- Stay updated with current design, social media and AI trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Essential:
- Basic to good knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Good sense of design and creativity
- Understanding of social media designs
- Ability to create attractive and professional visuals
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work within deadlines
AI Knowledge – Advantage:
- ChatGPT / Gemini
- Canva AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- Leonardo AI
- AI image-generation and editing tools
- AI video/content creation tools
You don't need to know every AI tool. A willingness to learn and experiment with AI is highly valued.

SALARY
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Salary will depend on skills, creativity, experience and overall suitability for the role.
